Nothing on this Platform — including intake forms, AI-generated summaries, document templates, informational content, or automated status updates — constitutes legal advice. The information provided through the Platform is for general informational purposes only.

Business Hero employees, staff, and support personnel are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, even informally.

Attorneys who deliver legal services through the Business Hero platform are independent licensed professionals. They are not employees, partners, agents, or contractors of Business Hero. Business Hero does not:

• Direct or supervise the legal judgment or professional conduct of participating attorneys
• Review, approve, or take responsibility for legal work product delivered by attorneys
• Guarantee the outcome of any legal matter handled by a participating attorney
• Represent that any participating attorney is the "best" choice for your legal situation

Each attorney is independently responsible for complying with the professional conduct rules of their state bar and all applicable ethical obligations.

Your use of the Platform — including submitting intake forms, uploading documents, scheduling consultations, or paying for a subscription — does not create an attorney-client relationship with Business Hero at any time, under any circumstances.

An attorney-client relationship may only be formed between you and an individual licensed attorney when:

• The attorney explicitly agrees to represent you in a specific legal matter
• The attorney has completed and cleared a conflict-of-interest check
• The agreement is confirmed in writing through an engagement letter or equivalent documentation

Until all three conditions are satisfied, no representation exists, and attorney-client privilege may not apply to communications through the Platform.

Subscription plans do not guarantee:

• The availability of a specific attorney
• Representation in litigation, court appearances, or adversarial proceedings
• Emergency or after-hours legal response
• Coverage of all areas of law or legal issues
• Continuity with the same attorney across multiple matters

Consultation scheduling is subject to attorney availability and must be arranged through the Platform. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary.

Legal services provided through the Platform are generally limited to the scope agreed upon in each engagement. Business Hero's platform is not suitable as the sole resource for:

• Time-sensitive legal emergencies requiring immediate court intervention
• Criminal defense matters
• Family law proceedings involving custody or domestic violence
• Any matter requiring in-person representation in a jurisdiction where the assigned attorney is not admitted to practice

If your matter falls into one of these categories, you should seek immediate in-person legal representation in addition to or instead of using this Platform.

Business Hero makes reasonable efforts to verify that attorneys participating on the Platform hold active, unrestricted law licenses in their stated jurisdiction(s). However, Business Hero does not conduct independent background investigations of attorneys, and attorney profiles are based substantially on self-reported information.

You are encouraged to independently verify an attorney's credentials through the relevant state bar association before entering into an engagement.

No legal result is guaranteed. Providing accurate and complete information to your attorney through the Platform improves the quality of legal service you receive, but does not ensure a favorable outcome. Legal outcomes depend on facts, jurisdiction, applicable law, opposing parties, and many other factors outside any party's control.
