General Policy
All purchases made through Business Hero are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Subscription Plans — Monthly
Monthly subscription plans may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month. No refund will be issued for any portion of the current billing period.
Subscription Plans — Annual
Annual subscription plans are a final sale and are non-refundable once purchased. You will retain access to your subscription for the full annual period.
Legal Services & One-Time Purchases
One-time legal service purchases (such as LLC formation, EIN filing, DBA registration, or other formation services) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us immediately at info@mybusiness-hero.com.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Business Hero in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or verified billing errors. To request a review, contact us at info@mybusiness-hero.com within 7 days of the charge.
